David Owen · Ogden community
David’s connection to Ogden was built through years of business ownership, volunteer service, trail advocacy, arts leadership and showing up for the community he calls home.
The value of local knowledge is not knowing every street name. It is understanding how a place works and why people care about it.
David has served with the Ogden Trails Network, the Ogden Arts Advisory Committee and Weber County’s RAMP process supporting recreation, arts, museums and parks. He was also one of the committee members who compiled Secrets of the Ogden Trails, a book created to celebrate and support the trail network.
Those experiences inform his real estate work: how neighborhoods connect to trails and culture, what makes different parts of Weber County feel distinct, and why a home’s surroundings matter as much as its square footage.

Arts advocacy, service with Ogden’s arts community and the work behind Imagine Music, recognized with Ogden’s 2022 Mayor’s Award in the Arts for Arts in Education.
Service in Weber County’s RAMP process, helping review community investments involving recreation, arts, museums and parks.

Real estate decisions are personal, but they do not happen in isolation.
David’s network spans local business, music, recreation, nonprofit work and residential real estate. That breadth helps clients understand more than market data. It helps them understand the community they are joining—or the story they are asking a buyer to see.
