David founded Imagine Life around a simple belief: real estate works better when people feel genuinely known and cared for.

Licensed since 2016, David has guided more than 100 clients through purchases and sales across Northern Utah. He earned his broker license and founded Imagine Life Real Estate in 2020, building a boutique brokerage around direct communication, honest strategy and calm negotiation.

Before real estate, David toured and recorded as a musician, including work with Columbia Records. He later founded Imagine Music in Ogden, connecting families, musicians and the local creative community. That background sharpened the skills that now distinguish his real estate work: listening closely, communicating clearly and telling a story people remember.

David’s local knowledge comes from years of participating in the community—not simply selling houses in it.

His service has included Ogden trails, arts and Weber County recreation initiatives. He helped compile Secrets of the Ogden Trails, built Imagine Music in Ogden and supported mountain bike teams and programs throughout Weber and Davis counties.

Imagine Music received Ogden’s 2022 Mayor’s Award in the Arts for Arts in Education, reflecting the same belief behind Imagine Life: local businesses should make their hometown better.
